CMP Nos.4499 of 2022 in S.A.No.461 of 2014 N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., This petition has been filed to bring the respondents 3 and 4 herein on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent namely P.S.Rathinasabapathi and rank them as respondents 3 and 4 in S.A.No.461 of 2014.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and hence, this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
