This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from taking electricity lines over and across the land of the petitioner, by way of considering the representation dated 10.02.2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent has produced a communication vide proceedings no. Ka. No. E. Mi. Pe /E &pa /ve. Pettai /Ko. Kattu/ Aa. No. 204/2023-24, dated 20.02.2024, issued by the TANGEDCO, by which, it has been stated that the electricity connection has been given to the 4th respondent through re-routed line.
