Heard both sides. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and thereafter the complaint was closed. 2.

I have gone through the copy of the complaint given by the petitioner enclosed in the typed set of papers. Admittedly, there is a dispute with regard to the identity of the property alleged to have been purchased by the petitioner, which was sold by her vendor in favour of a third person. Therefore, the parties are directed to work out their remedy before the Civil Court and the relief sought for in this petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
