Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent dated 16.04.2012 in NA.KA.No.1961/2012/U.THI.KU.1 as reiterated by the first respondent Vide letter dated 30.08.2012 in Ref.No.NA.KA.3581/12/U2 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to establish a semi permanent theatre in Survey No.411/2 of Thondamuthur village, Coimbatore Taluk.

Heard Mr.Harimagesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1. There is no representation for R2.
2.The petitioner challenges an order dated 16.04.2012 rejecting the request of the petitioner to set up a semi permanent theatre in the premises ad-measuring one acre of dry land in S.No.411/2 of Thondamuthur Village.

3.The matter is infructuous as on date, since as per paragraph-2 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the lease was itself only for a period of six years. 4.This writ petition is thus dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
