3. Issue notice to the 2nd respondent for the limited purposes of requisitioning the records of the arbitration proceedings so as to ascertain whether notices were duly served on the petitioners.

4. The petitioners assail the arbitral award on the ground that the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal is not in consonance with law. In addition, the petitioners contend that there are justifiable doubts as to the independence and impartiality of the Arbitrator in view of the alleged contravention of schedules V and VII of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
