A.No.4036 of 2016 in C.S.No.231 of 2013 M.M.SUNDRESH,J., This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 818 days in representation of written statement in C.S.No.231 of 2013.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in view of the adjudication pending with respect to an interim application, representation could not be done. It is further submitted that it is the case where even replication has been filed and the matter is posted for trial.

3.Considering the submissions made, this application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
