ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in FIR No.729 of 2022 under Sections 294(b) 406, 420 and 506(1) dated 22.11.2022 and take action on it in accordance to the law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned

Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 04.12.2022, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
