ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.M.SUBRAMANIAM) The complaint filed by the petitioner against the sixth respondent Advocate regarding professional misconduct not being taken into consideration resulted in filing of the present writ petition.

2. Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry would submit that the name of the sixth respondent is not in the State Roll of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

3. It is found that the sixth respondent is enrolled at the Bar Council of Delhi. The petitioner has already addressed a complaint to the Bar Council of Delhi. That being so, he is at liberty to send a complaint once again to the Bar Council of Delhi for initiation of appropriate action by following the due process.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
