2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are regularly paying the monthly instalment of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only), as per the earlier order dated 27.04.2023.

3. In view of the above submissions, compliance is recorded. The interim bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 27.04.2023 is made absolute. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. If any of the instalment fails, the defacto complainant is at liberty to file a cancellation of bail application against these petitioners, before this Court.
