By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Petitioner claims to have purchased possessory right and submitted representation dated 10.07.2014 to the first respondent praying for issuance of patta claiming that he is an Ex-Serviceman https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and since no order came to be passed, he came forward filing this writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.S.Senthilnathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 3.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation/ application dated 10.07.2014 submitted by the petitioner after putting the concerned persons on notice, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
