2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made representations dated 02.05.2025 to the respondents for settling a sum of Rs.3,14,000/-, Rs.4,28,000/- Rs. 3,91,875/- respectively to the petitioner, based on the invoices raised by the petitioner for the various services rendered by them as per the contractual agreement entered between petitioner and the 3rd respondent. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner has come forward with these Writ Petitions seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent will pass pass orders on the representations of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 02.05.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
