O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.D.Vasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order of the first respondent DRO dated 30.11.2020. The said statement made by the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appearing for the petitioner is recorded. A perusal of the impugned order dated 30.11.2020 would show that already the first respondent DRO has granted 30 days time to the petitioner to file an appeal. Now considering the pendency of the writ petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the impugned order dated 30.11.2020, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
