The above transfer petition has been filed by the wife seeking transfer of D.V.C.No.28 of 2020 pending on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents on instructions would submit that he has no objection to the transfer being ordered. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. D.V.C.No.28 of 2020 pending on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be tried along with M.C.No.595 of 2019. Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
