(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) W.M.P.No.7102 of 2024 is filed to implead the Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department as Respondent No.8 in W.P.No.33546 of 2023.

(ii)W.M.P.No.7121 of 2024 is filed to implead the Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department and Mr. Paulpandian as Respondent Nos.8 and 9 in W.P.No.33550 of 2023. (iii)W.M.P.No.7122 of 2024 is filed to implead the Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department and Mr.Paulpandian as Respondent Nos.8 and 9 in W.P.No.33543 of 2023. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection for ordering these petitions.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the petitions are ordered. 5.Notice to the proposed respondents in the main writ petition returnable by three weeks.
