This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the dismissal of the Interlocutory application filed under Order VII Rule 11 (a) & (d) of the 1/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself has been disposed of.

Therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
