ORDER

Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, the learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents.

Though the petitioner has challenged the charge memo, dated 28.02.2014, issued by the first respondent, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings within the time, as stipulated by this Court.

Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents has submitted that steps will be taken to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six months' time.

Considering the limited scope of prayer, now sought for, by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents, and the fact that the impugned charge memo was dated 28.02.2014, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed.
