..Defendant PRAYER- This Civil Suit is filed to declare the illegal General council meeting held on 24.12.2022 as null and void, for the relief of permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his men and any other person claiming under him from interfering with the functioning of the plaintiff as the president of the Manithaneya Jananayaga Katchi Party, for the relief of permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his men and any other person claiming under him conducting any meeting as the president of the Manithaneya Jananayaga Katchi on any other date and for the relief of permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his men and any other person claiming under him from using the name, official letter head, official flag of the Manithaneya Jananayaga Katchi. Today the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff circulated a memo stating that the suit may be dismissed as withdrawn. 2.
