PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his clarification No.46/07 in letter No.D.Disc Acts Cell-II/60849/06 dated 26.03.2007 and the Assessment Order passed by the 2nd respondent following the clarification in his proceedings TNGST/0281666/2005-06 dated 10.12.2010, quashing the same and to direct the second respondent to reframe the assessment in respect of the petitioner for the year 2005-06 under the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959 in accordance with law and without being bound by the aforesaid clarification of the first respondent.
