EP No. 67 of 2024 PRAYER Pleased to issue an order prohibiting the Garnishee not to make payment to Judgment Debtor or anyone from the account given in Schedule, which belongs to Judgment Debtor and also direct the Garnishee to deposit the amount to the extent of Execution Petition claim to the credit of Execution Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER

The interim order passed by this Court in A.No.3351 of 2025 dated 21.07.2025 has been complied with and hence, as on today, there is an order of interim stay in the implementation of the arbitral award. Under such circumstances, it will be more appropriate to take up the main original petition. Since the order of stay is in operation, both the application and the execution petition shall stand closed.

Registry is directed to post the main Arb.O.P.No.402 of 2025 on 20.11.2025 for hearing.
