ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to forbear the 1st respondent from conducting any enquiry pursuant to his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.787/2017/A4 dated 6.3.18 till the title dispute between the parties are finally decided by a competent civil court in O.S. No.99 of 2006 and O.S. No.113 of 2006.
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, both the parties submit that the suits involved in this writ petition have already been disposed of by the learned District Munsif, Sirkazhi. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Let the judgment of the civil court shall bind on the parties. No costs.
