ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph 7(c) of the order dated 27.01.2026, passed in Crl.O.P.No.1319 of 2026 (pertaining to Crime No. 13 of 2025).

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners failed to comply with the conditions imposed upon him from 11.02.2026 to 19.02.2026. She further submitted that the allegations levelled against the petitioner are grievous in nature and, on this grounds, she opposed the grant of relief to the petitioner.

3. Considering the non-compliance with the existing conditions and the serious nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.
