ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.34324 of 2015, dated 30.10.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that Suo Motu contempt was initiated pursuant to the orders passed in the writ petition. In the meantime, a third party had filed a writ appeal after seeking for leave. Some interim orders were passed and the writ petition itself has been directed to be posted along with the leave petition. 3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and the Registry is directed to list the main writ petition for hearing before the concerned Bench.
