ORDER

The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.A.No.1589 of 2025, dated 25.10.2025, wherein the petitioner/appellant was

directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply with the said condition and prays that he may be directed to appear before the trial Court on the hearing dates.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent, who did not raise any serious objection in relaxing the said condition.

4. Considering the request, this Court is inclined to relax the condition in the order dated 25.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition shall read as follows: "8.(b) The appellant is directed to appear before the trial Court viz., the Principal Sessions Judge, Court of Sessions Division of Ranipet District, on all hearing dates, until further orders"

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 23-02-2026 vum
