This application has been filed to terminate the mandate of the 2nd respondent, Mr. D. Anand, Advocate, the sole arbitrator and consequently to appoint an independent and impartial sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Arbitrator himself has withdraw from the proceedings by letter dated 17.03.2020. The submission is recorded. 2/4

The other side also not disputed the fact.

In view of the same, this petition does not require any further adjudication. The petitioner is at liberty to take recourse as per law to establish his right. Accordingly, the original petition is closed. Consequently, connected application is closed. 10.07.2020 AT 3/4
