The Managing Director, TNSTC, CBE - Division - II, Erode.

... Respondent in both CRPs COMMON PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Principal Special District Judge, Krishnagiri to number the petition in unnumbered Interlocutory applications in I.A.Sr.No.351 of 2021 and I.A.Sr.No.164 of 2021 in M.C.O.P.No.2092 of 2003 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri.

For Petitioner in both CRPs :

COMMON ORDER These revisions are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, for a direction to the MACT with certain applications for declaring two of the minor claimants as major, but they were returned. 2.When the matter came before this Court on 04.04.2022, this Court wanted the concerned MACT to explain why these applications came to be returned. A report has since been received, wherein the Tribunal has indicated that due to work pressure, these applications were inadvertently returned. 3.While this Court appreciates the pressure and the stress under which the District Judiciary functions, yet it is important that every Court in this country realises that they are the doctors of bleeding rights and that they need to be vigilant in guarding the rights of the citizen howsoever insignificant it may appear.

4.This Court now directs the concerned MACT to take the applications on record and pass appropriate orders and redress the grievances which the revision petitioners herein address.

5.These Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of accordingly at the admission stage itself. No Cost.
