O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by Tahsildar in proceeding dated 11.07.2013 in respect of the property claimed by the writ petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that against the order of the Tahsildar dated 11.07.2013, the writ petitioner preferred an appeal before the District Revenue Officer on 17.09.2013 and the same is yet to be considered.

3. In view of the fact that the appeal filed by the writ petitioner is pending and it is for direction granted to dispose of the same and in accordance with law. Thus, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal submitted by the writ petitioner on 17.09.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law by affording reasonable opportunity to all the parties concerned within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the appeal and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
