ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition, however, with liberty to approach the revisional authority. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not offered any objection to the petitioner, in approaching the revisional authority.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, and also the learned Special Government Pleader has no objection in approaching the revisional authority, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the revisional authority.
