A.No.4040 of 2016 in C.S.No.D2995 of 2016 M.M.SUNDRESH,J., The suit is filed for declaration declaring the document as null and void having been obtained by force and coercion.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the respondents/defendants obtained money from the applicant and thereafter the said document has been forcibly executed stating that the respondents are not liable to pay any money. The said document has also been executed within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made and the averments made in the affidavit, this application stands ordered.
