This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16112 of 2014 dated 26.06.2014 by the respondent.

2.This contempt petition has been filed nearly after more than a year and there is no explanation as to why the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has not approached this Court,

especially, when the direction was to provide police protection in accordance with law. This itself clearly shows that there was no threat to the petitioner. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has still any grievance, it is open to him to give fresh complaint which will be dealt with in accordance with law.
