J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The approval sought for by the respondent for appointment of one Mr.M.Pavithra Balaji as Office Assistant was rejected on the ground that G.O.Ms.No.238 dated 13.11.2018 prohibits appointment of non-teaching staff by aided Managements.

2. The operation of the said Government Order was stayed by this Court and some rejection orders were set aside by the Madurai Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.17044 of 2023 and the said order was upheld by a Division Bench, to which, one of us (Hon'ble Justice R.Subramanian) was a party in W.A.(MD)No.1297 of 2024 by order dated 07.08.2024.

3. In view of the same, we see no merit in the appeal. This Writ Appeal therefore, fails and it is accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (R.S.M., J.) (G.A.M., J.) 26.03.2025 kkn Index: No Speaking order 2/4
