ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The interim bail was granted to the petitioner herein to attend the marriage of his son. Today, it is reported that the petitioner, after availing the interim bail, had attended his son's marriage and also reported back to the prison authorities, as directed by this Court.
2.Considering the fact that this petitioner has 21 previous cases of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail petition for the present. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
