ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking an order to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named accused persons on the basis of the compliant lodged by the petitioner on 26.02.2014.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner was cheated and got executed a sale deed, hence, the petitioner preferred a complaint before the respondent police, but no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original Petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 26.02.2014 was treated as petition and the same was closed, as civil in nature.
