Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorified Mandamus to call for the records of the 8th respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.83/2019/A1 dated 27.06.2019 by giving DTCP approval for the lands situated in SF No. 55/3, 57/1A1, 1B1, 1C2 and quash the same is being illegal and unconstitutional in law and for consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 8 to remove the encroachment made in 55/1 by the respondents 9 and 10 who was illegally obtained Layout approval by encroaching and obstructing the water body (Vaikaal) and to ensure the free flow of Vaikaal water.
