ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned proceedings for cancellation of Patta No.422 in respect of S.F.No.542/1 to the extent of 0.9 cents in his proceedings in Na.Ka.8191/2016/AA.1, dated 21.03.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to restore the petitioner's name in the patta and all the Revenue Records.
2. Though very many contentions are raised in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, I find that the impugned notice is nothing but only a notice for appearance of the petitioner and the second respondent for enquiry with regard to the dispute of the above said land. Since it is only an enquirynotice, I do not find any valid ground to quash the same. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent and on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's appearance, the first respondent is directed to afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, the second respondent and other necessary parties and thereafter, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and also based on the records, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. W.M.P. is closed. cs s/d- Assistant Registrar(CO) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar Copy to The Tahsildar, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
