ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to remove all the structures, erection and materials from the petitioner's property.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that now the petitioner and the respondent entered into a fresh agreement on 02.02.2022, and hence no further adjudication is needed in the writ petition..

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the respondent Corporation has to pay more than Rs.30 lakhs towards arrears of rent to the, that amount may be directed to be paid to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submitted that now the Corporation has sanctioned the amount and will be paid in due Course.

5. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is required in this matter and the respondent Corporation is directed to pay the amount as expeditiously as possible.
