Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to order by way of direction, directing the 1st respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her representatives either at the time of installation of Sintex Water Tank and having a separate gate in the ground floor and also as stated in the petition dated 08.12.2017 at No.7/3, I Floor, Jal Street, Alandur, Chennai-600 016.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and her representatives for installation of Sintex Water Tank and a separate gate in the Ground Floor at No.7/3, I Floor, Jal Street, Alandur, Chennai-600 016. 2.It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the contesting 2nd respondent herein in O.S.No.37 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Alandur, wherein the contesting 2nd respondent has questioned the very title to the property.

3.In such view of the matter, such police protection cannot be granted for installation of Sintex Water Tank and a separate gate in the ground floor.
