Dist.Judge, Ariyalur (in CMP No.11464 of 2017 pending disposal of the AS.306/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JENASENAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The Appeal is directed against the dismissal of Suit in OS.No.12 of 2011 which is one for specific performance. There is no question of stay of further proceedings, since, the suit itself has been dismissed.

Hence, this application is dismissed.
