This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from arbitrarily cutting down trees and drawing electricity line to the 3rd respondent through petitioner's land in S.F.NO.448/4 Semmandampalayam Village without following law by considering petitioner's objection dated 30.12.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that electricity connection was given to the 3rd respondent through alternative line without disturbing the petitioner's land and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
