Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to register a case against Mr.S.M.Aminuddin, on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 22.11.2014 for the offences of fabricating false evidence, cheating, cheating with the knowledge that wrongful loss may ensue to persons whose interest the offender is bound to protect, mischief and criminal breach of trust on the file of the respondents.

2. On 02.06.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.26 of 2015 and the same was closed on 25.01.2015. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report by registered post with acknowledgment due to the petitioner.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
