O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to refund the license fee received from the petitioner for the lockdown period from March 2020 along with reasonable interest or in the alternative grant renewal of licence to the petitioner to collect toll fee from Weekly Shandy for the corresponding one year 2021-22.

2.It is admitted that the period of lease expired. Therefore, all dues are to be adjudicated and for refund, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation and the authorities competent have to verify the dues and accordingly, take all necessary actions to consider the request for refund as expeditiously as possible.

3.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
