ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai -15, insofar as it relates to Crime No.422 of 2014 pending on his file.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case in Crime No.422 of 2014, after completion of investigation, was referred as "Mistake of Fact" vide RCS No.23 of 2016 and the closure report has also been filed before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai -15. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
