Heard Mr. M.Rajkumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. N.Naveenkumar, Learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the First to Fifth Respondents, and Mrs. G.Hema Muralikrishnan, Learned Central Government Standing Counsel who takes notice for the Sixth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
In view of the order proposed to be passed in the matter, which would not cause any prejudice to the Sixth Respondent, notice to it is dispensed with. 2/6

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner, who retired from service after working as Anganwadi Worker in Yerunthavadi North Anganvadi Center Kudavasal Taluk, Thiruvarur District, is that she has made a representation dated 26.10.2022 for payment of Rs. 37,748/- along with interest which had been deducted from her salary for the period from 01.08.2015 to 31.08.2018 towards contribution for General Provident Fund, but as it did not evoke any response, she has filed this Writ Petition.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Sixth Respondents, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Sixth Respondent by proceedings in Lr. R.C.No. 15089/D/2023 dated 14.03.2023 has made payment of Rs. 33,921/- to the Petitioner and its copy has been produced, the receipt of which is also acknowledged by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

In such circumstances, nothing remains for consideration in the matter, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if she still has any grievance, from working out her remedy before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
