ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to upload entire documents relating to vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-18-AK-1688 involved in the accident dated 21.08.2019 as stated in the complaint in Crime No.300 of 2019 dated 22.08.2019 on the file of the respondent Police.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent Police are about to upload all the documents in pursuant to the crime No.300 of 2019.

Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to upload entire documents relating to vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-18-AKhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1688 involved in the accident dated 21.08.2019 as stated in the complaint in Crime No.300 of 2019 dated 22.08.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of copy of this Order.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
