ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner "that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of three months" by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.104 of 2026, dated 07.01.2026. 1/4

2.After hearing the submissions made on both sides, this Court modifies the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.104 of 2026, dated 07.01.2026, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No.6(b) which reads as follows:- "6(b). that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

3.The rest of the conditions shall remains unaltered. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 24.02.2026 MSM To 1.The Inspector of Police Ranipet Police Station Ranipet District Crime No. 490 of 2025.
