O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to dispose the petition in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai, within a time stipulated.
2. From the materials available on record it is evident that
the petitioner/husband filed the original petition in H.M.O.P.No.59 of 2014 for divorce and the respondent/wife has filed the petition in H.M.O.P.No.10 of 2017 for restitution of conjugal rights. The matter is pending from the year 2014 and it is being periodically adjourned on various dates. On 02.02.2017, a joint trial was allowed and still the same is pending in the interlocutory application stage. Thus, the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the petition, as the wife deliberately prolonging the matter.
3. Considering the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is hereby issued to the Sub Court, Perundurai, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.Nos.59 of 2014 and 10 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. 18.08.2017 asi To
