Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.JENASENAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This application is for seeking stay of the judgment and decree in O.S.No.4 of 2012 dated 22.04.2016. The decree is one for permanent injunction. Therefore it is for the appellant to seek for suspension of injunction and not for stay. Hence this application is dismissed.
