By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to transfer her to the existing vacancies in Primary Panchayat Union School in Subramaniapuram, Tenkasi or in any other available vacancies in Tenkasi Union, Tirunelveli District, based on her representation dated 13.03.2017.

2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents, and with the consent of both parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner, by limiting his prayer, sought for a direction to the respondents to consider the pending representation dated 13.03.2017 of the petitioner.

4. Therefore, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner, directs the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 13.03.2017 of the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably before the counselling for transfer. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. WMP.No.12179 of 2017 is closed.
