CMP.No.6552 of 2022 in CRP No.3037 of 2016 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, This petition has been filed for bringing on record the respondents 7 to 9 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd and 6th respondents rank and them as respondents 7 to 9 in the Revision Petition and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.
