594 SHARES @ RS.1131.90 RS.6,72,348.60 RS.8,36,179.80 This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The petitioners who are the wife and children of late K.Jayapaul who died intestate on 18.03.2018 seek issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities that stood in the name of deceased K.Jayapaul.
2. The 1st petitioner who is the wife of the deceased, has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of her husband K.Jayapaul as Ex.P1 and the legal heir certificate as Ex.P2.
3. A perusal of Ex.P2 would show that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased K.Jayapaul. Necessary Publication has been made and no objections have
been received. Even in the original petition itself, the petitioners have stated that the certificate may be issued in favour of the 1st petitioner.
4. In view of the said evidence and the prayer made in the petition, this Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner.
