This application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff to permit the applicant to amend the affidavit and petition of A.No.4336 of 2023 in C.S.No.161 of 2023 by deleting the word Judicial magistrate, Poonamallee and substitute the word District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur wherever it occurs and consequently the order dated 07.12.2023 passed in A.No.4336 of 2023 in C.S.No.161 of 2023

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents on record.

3. Considering the fact that the amendment has been sought only to rectify the clerical mistake committed by including the Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee instead of District Munsif Court, Sriperumpudur, amendment is ordered as prayed for.

4. Accordingly, plaintiff is permitted to amend the affidavit and petition in A.No.4336 of 2023 and Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy dated 07.12.2023 in A.No.4336 of 2023 by carrying out necessary amendment.
